Return Policy

At The Patches Zone, your satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to delivering high-quality custom products that meet or exceed your expectations. However, due to the customized nature of our items, our return and replacement policy has specific guidelines outlined below.
Eligibility for Return or Replacement
Because all our products are made to order and personalized, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as:
Buyer’s remorse
Change of mind
Incorrect sizes, colors, or quantities submitted by the customer during order placement
However, we will gladly replace or refund items under the following conditions:
Defective or Damaged Items
If the item arrives defective, damaged, or not as described due to our error, we will offer a free replacement or refund.
Claims must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery with clear photographic evidence of the issue.
Wrong Product Delivered
If you received the wrong design, color, or size from what was approved, we will re-produce and re-ship the correct item(s) at no additional cost.
Exceeds Allowed Defect Threshold
As per our Production Defect & Quality Margin Policy, if defects exceed the standard allowance (1% for patches, 3% for garments), we will refund or replace the extra defective units.
How to Request a Replacement or Refund
To initiate a return or replacement claim, please follow these steps:
Contact our support team at sales@thepatcheszone.com
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos showing the problem
Submit your request within 7 days of receiving the order
Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or offer replacements for the following:
Custom products approved by the customer but later disputed without valid reasons
Products damaged due to customer mishandling or improper washing
Items with minor color variations or placement shifts within accepted production tolerances
Orders past the 7-day return window
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return request is approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment or offered as store credit.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
Return Shipping
If a return is required:
We will provide return instructions via email.
In cases of our error, we will cover shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
