All orders must be paid in full before production can commence.
Payments can be made via major credit cards, PayPal, and other approved payment methods.
Orders will be processed only after successful payment verification.

3. Production & Turnaround Time
Production times vary based on the product type, order size, and complexity.
Estimated timelines for production and delivery will be provided during order confirmation.
The Patches Zone is not liable for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide using reputable carriers. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout.
The Patches Zone is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their respective countries.
5. Customization & Artwork Approval
All custom orders require artwork approval before production begins.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all design details, including spelling, colors, and layout.
Once an order is approved and enters production, modifications or cancellations cannot be accommodated.
Artwork Acceptance Policy
We reserve the right to approve or reject any artwork submitted for production. The Patches Zone does not accept designs that contain:
Nudity or sexually explicit content
Alcohol-related themes or promotions
Gambling-related imagery
Drug-related content or references
Depictions of illegal activities
Hate speech, violence, or offensive material
Content that does not align with religious sensitivity and respect
If the design is deemed unacceptable, we will notify the customer and provide the opportunity to submit a revised design.
6. Product Disclaimer
Handmade Variations: Due to the handmade nature of our products, minor variations in stitching, alignment, and measurements may occur.
Material Differences: Variations in fabric texture, thickness, and composition may result in slight differences in the final product.
Color Representation: Colors may appear differently on screens due to device settings, brightness, and resolution. Variations in dye batches may also lead to slight color differences.
Measurement Tolerance: Minor discrepancies in measurements are possible due to the manual cutting and stitching processes.
7. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations
All sales are final due to the custom nature of our products, and refunds are not available.
Returns or replacements will only be accepted for defective or incorrect products due to our error.
Any issues must be reported within seven (7) days of receiving the order, accompanied by clear photographic evidence of the defect.
8. Intellectual Property
Customers must have the legal rights to use any logos, trademarks, or designs submitted for production.
By submitting artwork, customers certify that they own the intellectual property or have obtained necessary permissions from the rightful owner.
The Patches Zone does not verify the ownership of designs and is not liable for any copyright or trademark infringements.
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold The Patches Zone harmless from claims or damages arising from the unauthorized use of intellectual property.
Production may be halted if a third party disputes the ownership of a submitted design.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Patches Zone shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the total amount paid for the order in question.
10. Privacy & Data Security
Customer information is collected and used according to our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell, trade, or share customer information with third parties, except for necessary order fulfillment.
11. Data Breach
In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users as soon as possible.
We will take necessary steps to mitigate any potential harm and advise affected users on protecting their data.
